ASM has designed a community project called SKATE IS LIFE, whose essence is to promote sports, recreation and artistic activities to occupy children in a healthy way, diverting their attention from negative lifestyles for their age, such as the consumption of alcohol and youth crime.
The main strength of this project is the passion that these youngsters have for Skateboarding, so we have offered Skate lessons to the comunity children. These kids aren’t in good financial condition, so we offered free classes. Thus, it is our honor to announce that saturday 16th August we held a competition event, where we’ve shown the results of learning as well as the evolution of Young Athletes who sesh @ Parque dos Continuadores!
This project has the major financial support of Skate-Aid. Also has financial support from the German Embassy in Maputo.
Eté Clothing, Norco Mozambique and City Council of Maputo are also supporting ASM. Thank you all!
